Design-Build New Construction of Central Receiving Warehouse

ASSET served as the prime contractor for the design and construction of an 18,280 square foot Central Receiving Warehouse to accommodate logistics and administrative operations, and to store combustible/non-combustible supplies. The $5.8M warehouse facility serves as the central shipping and receiving point for processing, general warehouse storage and administrative space. The administrative area includes 10 offices and 1 private office, male and female restrooms and a break room. ASSET achieved the USGBC’s LEED® Silver certification through incorporation of sustainable design and construction practices.
