Comprehensive Asbestos Surveys

ASSET served as prime contractor to perform a comprehensive asbestos survey of manholes and 14 buildings encompassing 359,362 square feet. Upon completion of the survey, ASSET produced an O&M Manual for the management of remaining asbestos-containing materials, as well as a management plan to limit health exposure to employees.

ASSET also performed remediation and removal of asbestos-contaminated soil and conducted a survey of the crawl space under the main hospital kitchen, an area encompassing approximately 14,257 square feet. ASSET successfully dried the crawl space and applied a safe and appropriate product to treat the contaminated soil.

The project was completed on time and with zero safety incidents.
