Design-Build Hangar Door, Building 3102

ASSET served as prime contractor for the design and installation of a fabric vertical-rising hangar door with two emergency egress doors. The project required select demolition and re-installation of conduit, boxes and other items, as well as an upgrade to the electrical system to provide access to a secondary power source for door operation and installation of structural steel supports. When lead based paint was discovered prior to the start of construction, ASSET’s Environmental Division responded quickly to provide a remediation plan.

This project was completed on time, within budget and with zero safety incidents.
