ASSET served as the prime contractor assisting The Irvine Company’s transition into developing its own environmental programs and management services. Over a five year period, ASSET provided environmental testing, remediation and general construction services to over 43,000 units in 55 apartment complexes. ASSET provided over 2,000 Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) studies for The Irvine Company.

ASSET served on an “on call’ basis for services related to asbestos and lead surveys, hazardous materials issues, project management, project design, air monitoring during abatement and closeout documentation.
